The Role
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive the delivery of software solutions, ensuring strong financial oversight, risk management, and customer satisfaction. You'll act as the key link between customers, engineering teams, and stakeholders, managing budgets, technical teams, and project performance.
This customer-facing role requires problem-solving, commercial awareness, and strong stakeholder engagement, supporting a brownfield project with a year remaining.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the successful delivery of software projects, ensuring financial and customer objectives are met.
Manage budgets, risks, and resource allocation across technical teams.
Act as the primary customer contact, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
Develop and maintain project plans, tracking milestones and dependencies.
Coordinate Software Engineering, DevOps, Testing, and Support teams .
Travel 1-2 times per month for onsite customer meetings across the Central Belt.
Work in-office once per week for team collaboration.
Key Requirements
Proven Project Management experience in software or technology-driven projects.
Strong commercial acumen and experience managing financial performance .
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders effectively.
Skilled in risk management and problem-solving .
Experience working with customers to ensure project success .
Desirable:
Experience working in highly regulated environments, including Medical, Engineering, Aerospace
