Your Responsibilities:
1. Take responsibility for identified food and beverage accounts in the UK & Ireland.
2. Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies within the foodservice and food and beverage markets.
3. Develop customer concepts in cooperation with product management, application, and product development.
4. Lead projects from customer briefing to implementation, with full responsibility and accountability.
5. Lead a diverse foodservice and ingredients portfolio.
6. Negotiate pricing with customers.
7. Create and fulfill own sales plans and budget on the basis of market plans.
8. Control all sales activities with existing and potential customers.
9. Establish and develop long-term customer relationships.
10. Monitor the market and identify market potential.
11. Direct reporting to the Sales Director in UK & Ireland and dotted line to Area Sales Director.
Your Profile:
1. Consistent track record in Project Management and Sales performance.
2. Experience in the food, beverage and foodservice business segments (B2B).
3. Ideally a university degree in a relevant discipline.
4. Knowledge and commercial contacts to foodservice chains and the food and beverage industry.
5. Excellent English language skills.
6. Ability to work in teams within a matrix organization and strong communication skills.
7. Flexible and willing to travel regularly within the region.
8. Independent and structured work.
9. Enthusiasm, initiative, and ability to work under pressure.
10. Strong customer service orientation and technology skills.
