Job summary This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of people and services. You will be responsible for providing and coordinating a comprehensive administrative service across Solihull Clinics as well as personal assistance to the Clinics Manager. Supervision of Reception staff on a day to day basis, as well as planning timetables, rotas, raising orders, managing contracts and ensuring sufficient clerical cover at all the clinics. Communication skills are a must in the busy environment that you will be working in. Be able to prioritise your own work, as work patterns can be unpredictable. An excellent Team player and to be able to work on your own initiative. You will need to have GCSE Maths & English, Business Administration qualification or equivalent. IT literate NVQ 3, RSA 3, ECDL or equivalent Main duties of the job Providing support across all Solihull Community Premises and supervising Reception Staff on a day to day basis. Supporting numerous staff across Community as well as liaising with many external agencies including numerous Land Lords, Suppliers and Facilities departments.
