As a critical member of our global marketing team, you’ll have the chance to hit the ground running and shape the narrative for a product that’s already transforming organizations. You’ll thrive on translating technical innovations into compelling, value-driven stories for multiple personas across enterprise businesses while keeping a strategic eye on how product positioning evolves across the funnel.
What you'll be doing:
* Positioning & messaging - work alongside the Product team to develop clear, compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging tailored to target audiences.
* Product launches - plan, execute, and manage product launches, ensuring alignment between product, sales, and marketing teams.
* Analyst relationship development - build and maintain relationships with industry analysts (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, ClearBox) to position the company favorably in research reports and market analyses.
* Sales enablement - create and distribute product collateral, sales tools, and training materials to support sales teams and channel partners.
* Go-to-market strategy - develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product releases and feature updates in collaboration with Product Managers.
* Content creation - collaborate with content marketing to produce product-related content (case studies, blogs, videos, whitepapers, etc.).
* Cross-functional collaboration - work closely with product management, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product goals and customer needs.
* Competitive intelligence - monitor competitive products, industry trends, and innovations to keep the company informed and competitive.
* Metrics & reporting - track and analyze the performance of product campaigns and measure the impact on customer satisfaction, acquisition, retention, and revenue.
* Customer advocacy - develop and nurture relationships with key customers for testimonials, case studies, and user groups.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B product marketing, with a proven track record of success.
* Exceptional skill for storytelling.
* Proven success working with the wider marketing team & product functions & managing external contributors, such as agencies and freelancers, to deliver high-quality outcomes.
* A passion for turning data and product requirements into compelling, results-driven marketing.
* Ability to be in office 3 days per week in our London office.
