Internal Sales Engineer – CTS Join our dynamic Internal Sales team and play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and business growth at Atlas Copco Compressors. As the first point of contact for many customers, you’ll have the opportunity to build strong relationships, support the external sales and service teams, and contribute to our ongoing success. The Role Sales & Business Growth Manage a busy internal sales pipeline, identifying opportunities to up-sell and drive profitable growth. Organize and prioritize daily sales activities to achieve targets and objectives. Proposals & Quotations Prepare and follow up on quotations, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing. Process orders efficiently while maintaining high service standards. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, especially with key accounts. Provide technical advice and sales support to both existing and potential customers. Ensure an excellent after-sales service experience. Sales Data & CRM Management Maintain accurate sales records, including quotation tracking, order ratios, and sales performance analysis. Utilize our CRM system to manage customer data effectively. Training & Compliance Stay up to date with product knowledge and sales strategies through ongoing training. Adhere to health and safety policies and contribute to process improvements. Who We’re Looking For Positive & eager to learn – You’re motivated, adaptable, and ready to develop new skills. Commercially aware – You understand engineering or service-based products. Sales experience – Previous experience in a sales role is a plus, but not essential. Strong relationship builder – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Tech-savvy – Comfortable using Office, Outlook, SAP, and other web-based tools (or keen to learn).
