As the Branch Conduct & Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and leading the conduct and quality initiatives for our Llantrisant SME & PL operations.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a journey to grow our business and remain operationally strong.
You will be responsible for establishing and managing a robust conduct regime within a 150-person contact centre, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting best practices in customer outcomes.
Our Llantrisant office is strategically located to offer a significant reduction in daily commute time and costs, providing a unique advantage against the traffic.

How you'll make an impact
* Conduct & Governance Leadership: Lead and manage conduct and quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty standards. Provide expert advice, guidance, and training on conduct matters to the team.
* Regulatory Reporting: Develop and deliver comprehensive analysis and reports on conduct and quality metrics. Capture and present complaints and evidence of good customer outcomes to the Retail Executive team.
* Risk Management: Oversee risk event capture and ensure fair outcomes for consumers. Implement strategies to mitigate risks and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Attend senior leadership meetings and effectively communicate key messages to both senior management and frontline staff. Foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.
* Communication & Training: Deliver successful communication strategies tailored to diverse audiences. Provide training and support to enhance understanding and implementation of conduct and quality standards.
About You
* Proven experience in conduct and governance within the insurance industry is essential.
* Familiarity with FCA regulations and experience in financial services, banking, or reinsurance is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
* Academic qualifications in a relevant field are preferred.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
