Office Manager
Salary – Grade C2 per annum pro rata (£27,711- £35,32 FTE)
Hours - 37 hours per week 8.00am-4.30pm (Friday finish 4.00pm) term time only plus 1 week
Provisional starting date – January 2024
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and experienced Office Manager to run our busy school office where they will be the first point of contact for parents, children, staff and visitors, so high levels of emotional awareness and resilience along with a ready smile are essential. This is a key role in the organisation to the effective running of the school and nursery and the successful applicant will need a very professional approach to be responsible for all aspects of school pupil administration and reception.

The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent standard of education in English and Maths
* Previous admin experience working in a school/office environment
* Experience and knowledge of SIMs.net
* Excellent IT skills
* An excellent level of written and inter-personal skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* High expectations of both self and others
* Skills to work under pressure, multitasking managing work streams to meet deadlines
