Responsibilities
* Design and implement complex solutions architectures that meet business requirements and drive efficiency.
* Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements to improve functionality and performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated solutions, ensuring compatibility and interoperability.
* Provide technical leadership and strategy throughout the project lifecycle, from proof-of-concept to production.
* Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including diagrams, standards, and guidelines.
* Conduct architecture and design reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
* Mentor and train junior architects and engineering teams, promoting best practices in system design and deployment.
* Work closely with project management to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Stay updated on technology trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to recommend new systems and solutions.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role in a complex environment.
* Strong understanding of Solutions architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
* In-depth knowledge of various architecture frameworks and methodologies.
* Experience with cloud technologies, particularly Azure, and expertise in cloud architecture.
* Solid background in software development and infrastructure design.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization and scalability.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, continuous integration, and deployment strategies.
