The Ideal Candidate Will Be
* A highly motivated practitioner capable of leading SEND provision across the school.
* An inclusion lead with the ability to oversee safeguarding, attendance, and behaviour strategically.
* A leader who engages closely with children and parents, implementing interventions and strategies to support and challenge students' learning.
* An excellent classroom practitioner, capable of supporting staff in planning and delivering high-quality teaching and learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
