Requirements:
1. Proven track record in an IT Technical Support/helpdesk environment.
2. Experience in Warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply chain environments.
3. Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly to various audiences.
4. Committed team player with the ability to work in a challenging and cross-platform environment.
5. Self-driven and results-oriented, with a positive outlook and a focus on high quality and operational efficiency.
6. A natural forward planner who critically assesses performance and proactively achieves goals and objectives.
7. High degree of ownership and accountability.
8. Excellent customer focus and experience of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
9. Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Your responsibilities are:
1. Investigate all tickets reported to our IT helpdesk.
2. Triage existing tickets and escalate to the relevant team as needed.
3. Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure all tickets are up to date.
4. Provide the first response to incidents raised and either resolve them or escalate to the appropriate department.
5. Deliver effective technical support to clients.
6. Provide 1st to 2nd line support, investigating tickets/incidents and delivering solutions within SLA.
7. Process incoming technical product queries via telephone, email, and cloud-based customer support software.
8. Accurately log the details of all calls and inquiries onto our cloud-based customer support software.
9. Resolve technical queries promptly ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
10. Communicate empathetically, ensuring clients are continually updated and provided with ETA's.
11. If unable to provide a solution, escalate and seek support to resolve the client's issue.
12. Run monitoring tools as necessary.

The Application Support Engineer will receive an annual salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000, with an annual bonus of up to 10% paid quarterly after probation.
