We are currently recruiting an experienced senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to join my client's team based in Darlington. They are a successful and rapidly growing recruitment agency with further growth plans in 2025.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to placing them in roles with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
2. New Business Development
3. Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
4. Conducting interviews and assessing candidates' suitability for roles
5. Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiation and onboarding
6. Achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs
7. Providing excellent customer service to both clients and candidates
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Desire to develop new business
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
5. A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
