My client is looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of their buildings, car parks, and external areas. You’ll lead maintenance efforts across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and life safety systems while supervising a multi-disciplined team, including contractors and service providers.

What you will do:
* Undertake maintenance and event-related works at the company’s premises including, but not limited to, other buildings belonging to the company, car parks, external land, etc.
* Undertake the installation, fault finding, and repairs of electrical systems & equipment to comply with current IEE Regulations.
* The day-to-day supervision of a multi-disciplined FM team, contractors & service provider work activities.
* The management of hygiene, control of legionella & waste disposal services.
* Completing tests & inspections in accordance with the relevant test & inspection schedules required to be completed under the terms & conditions of the Safety Certificate & Premises Licence.
* The planning & supervision of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) works of mechanical, electrical & plumbing (MEP), HVAC & life safety systems, structure & building fabric.
* Supervision of service providers undertaking annual tests & inspections required under the Safety Certificate & Premises Licence.
* Responding to MEP breakdowns and damage.
* 24/7 first responder to emergency call outs.
* Planning & undertaking routine maintenance and preparatory works.
* Ensure the company’s health and safety policy’s safe systems of work are implemented.
* Ensure service providers undertake their work activities in accordance with the agreed scope of service and in keeping with their risk assessments & method statements (RAMS).
What you will bring:
* Must hold a relevant qualification/certification in Electrical Installations and have hands-on experience in this area.
* Proven experience in the supervision of a multi-disciplined facilities management team & service providers, preferably in a publicly accessible building.
* Experience working as a qualified electrician.
