Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to join our prestigious client based in Nottingham.
Please note: This is a temporary to permanent position.
Duties will include:
* Generating and checking weekly and monthly tonnage reports.
* Supporting purchase ledger management, ensuring internal controls are adhered to, including reconciliation of supplier statements.
* Management of invoice queries with suppliers.
* Supporting the generation of the monthly client invoice, sales invoices, and recycling centre subcontractor payments.
* Providing administrative cover for the Contract Head Office as and when appropriate, including reception and administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience gained in an administrative role.
* Effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Previous experience gained handling large amounts of data.
* Excellent use of computers including a confident user of Excel, Google Mail, and creating content for professional external emails.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal due to speaking with colleagues, customers, and suppliers daily.
Hours of Work: 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
Salary: £11.80 per hour.
