The Costello’s Brand Ambassadors (CBAs) are responsible for ensuring service excellence throughout Costello’s footprint, developing leads and customer opportunities into long-lasting partnerships. Costello’s Brand Ambassadors, with their extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, will communicate directly with Managing Partners (MPs) and all Costello’s staff, clients, and prospects by understanding their individual needs and recommending products or services best suited to maximize Costello’s value. Costello’s Brand Ambassadors will be responsible for supporting all Costello’s service offerings and developing strategies that drive new business and revenue. They will also need to be adaptable to changing market conditions and remain client focused. They must also be a knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong computer and communication skills. CBAs will work with MPs, staff, and executive management to broadly position the Costello’s Ace brand of service excellence. Successful CBAs will be skilled communicators and presenters who can find the best fit between client and product. They will be organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the Costello’s brand.
Major Responsibilities
1. Plays a fundamental role in executing Same Day Service (SDS) events, in store training, off site service events, and services for our customers, while continuously providing exceptional service and driving sales.
2. Execute mobile services both on-site and off-site.
3. Run SDS Events in various Costello’s locations.
4. Upgrade and add on sales while working with customers.
5. Complete any in-store services during SDS event downtime.
6. Stay aware of all current promotions and sales throughout the company.
7. Complete store checklist to ensure assigned stores have the tools & resources available and in working order to perform all services and functions.
8. Serve as subject matter expert and in-store trainer for staff educating them to perform all services.
9. Facilitator of Dot com business, service signage, KIBO accuracy, promote TSP awareness, TSP signage.
10. Serve as subject matter expert on B2B Reignite Program
11. Always represent the company in a positive manner
12. Be “customer ready” whenever you are on the stage/sales floor/event.
13. Be alert for possible merchandise losses. Protect all company assets and report any missing or damaged merchandise to your supervisor.
14. Perform other tasks as asked by MPs and members of management.
15. Possess a thorough understanding of all Company products and services, including product equipment functionality and pricing,
16. Thorough understanding and proficiency in relevant applications, (Eagle / Epicor) systems and databases utilized by the Costello’s organization
17. Follow all company guidelines and processes.
18. Attend and participate in sales events and meetings.
19. Provide accurate and detailed weekly forecast of activity in pursuit of department goals.
20. Make cold calls to customers and prospects and/or reaching out to B2B prospects and customers.
21. Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
22. Develop individual strategies that drive revenue.
23. Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
24. Keep Management informed on key issues affecting performance.
25. Address customer complaints and negotiations through to resolution.
26. Work with in-store staff and management to cultivate a cohesive culture.
27. Deliver product when necessary.
28. Attend networking events on Company’s behalf.
29. Participate in special projects and performs such other duties, as management may, from time to time, deem necessary.
30. Uphold cleanliness standards (including, but not limited to, refraining from smoking in any Company provided vehicle) in vehicles and work areas and complete weekly equipment maintenance checklist.
31. Must immediately inform supervisor of any issues with company vehicles or equipment when they arise, as well as report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations.
32. Maintain a safe and competent driving record as demonstrated on state Motor Vehicle Record.
33. Operate Company vehicle in a safe manner and comply with all applicable motor vehicle and traffic laws and ensure no usage of a cellphone is used while operating vehicle.
34. Participate in all company safety trainings.
35. Performs other duties as assigned.
