Job summary Major Oak Medical Practice in Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire Immediate start between 30 hours/week. Working hours between 08.00and 18.30 Monday to Friday (shift pattern) To commence as soon as possible We arelooking for a Medical Receptionist to join our busy team.Experience is desirable but not necessary for candidateswith transferable skills. Thesuccessful candidate will be keen to learn and develop, with strong customerservice, communication and organisation skills. Experience of using SystmOneclinical system is essential. Deal with visits requests Customer Service i.e. meet and greet and attending to phone enquiries Scanning patients clinical documents/letters Photocopying and filling medical reports Processing and distributing incoming (and outgoing) mail Covering colleagues in event of sickness and shortage Covering reception during the Extended hours openings in a rota basis Booking community Phlebotomist Salary is dependent on experience and skills.
