Role: Temporary Customer Returns Executive
Duration: October 2023 - January 2024
Location: Solihull, Birmingham
We are looking for a Temporary Customer Experience Executive to support our current customer team. Whether you have some prior experience or are looking to venture down a new path, we want somebody who is highly motivated, with the passion to offer our customers an above and beyond approach to customer experience. Not only will you be able to develop your skills within this role, but we want you to bring your own thinking and ideas to drive the team's development.
What you will do at Lounge:
1. Co-ordinate returns and exchanges, liaising with customers to ensure they are happy with the service and the process is easy and quick.
2. Manage simple monetary responsibilities for returns and exchange management.
3. Provide personal and professional customer service to any incoming queries around sizing, stock, brand, etc.
4. Perform additional admin tasks to meet any requirements of the business on a day-to-day basis.
We would love it if you:
1. Are passionate about customer experience, with a desire to learn, grow, and succeed.
2. Have experience in fashion.
3. Have a fine eye for detail and are a great multitasker.
4. Are extremely confident with technology and are computer literate.
5. Can write professional communications with good grammar and on-brand terminology for Lounge.
6. Have knowledge around consumer behaviour.
7. Are passionate about fashion!
