We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Bid Team Leader to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing complex public sector tenders, preferably NHS.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the tender process for all business streams, working closely with the senior Sales and Marketing management team to complete tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of Associate Contracts Co-ordinators, Contracts Co-ordinators, and Bid Writers
* Lead on the tender process for all business streams
* Ensure a high standard and consistent approach is taken with all tenders
* Review the Contracts Advance tracker report daily to ensure all potential opportunities are captured
* Cover bid writing responsibilities, including drafting of responses, meeting stakeholders, and updating responses
Qualifications/Experience:
* Experience of managing complex public sector tenders, preferably NHS
* Degree or equivalent preferred
* Line management experience essential
* Senior sales/sales management experience
