A solid understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) is essential as you provide personalised support to individual students or small groups. Key Responsibilities: Support students with their Educational Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Build strong, trusting relationships with students to aid their personal and academic development. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students, teachers, and parents. Ensure safeguarding protocols are followed and manage any challenges that arise effectively.
