Experienced and qualified in the subject of Science, the perfect candidate will be compassionate and caring within SEND needs environment. This permanent teaching position, is set in a fantastic reputable school setting.
About the school
Prior to starting your placement, you may be required to update some training on a SEND setting, delivered by Vision for Education and school leaders, which will give you the essential skills you need to work within a SEND environment if you do not already have experience of this. The role of a SEND Teacher varies with each school. Working in a classroom setting and depending on the needs of the children may also have the support of Teaching Assistants where necessary
Requirements
To be considered for the role of SEND Science Teacher you will:
1. •Experience of working KS1-KS4 aged children
2. •Experience of/or looking to working within a SEND environment
3. •A passion for the progress of KS1-KS4 pupils
4. •An ability to work as part of a team
Key responsibilities
As SEND Science Teacher you will be responsible for:
5. Carry out the relevant planning of lessons
6. Ensure safeguarding of the pupils is adhered to at all times
7. Work well with TA's and HCA's where needed
8. Work within QTS guidelines

Salary
£110 to £160 per day
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

10. •Proof of QTS or any other relevant qualification
