They are seeking a strategic and driven Head of Sales to lead our growth initiatives and build strong relationships with enterprise clients across key markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Leadership:
* Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy tailored to the AI and cybersecurity sectors.
* Identify and prioritize high-growth markets and segments, focusing on enterprise and mid-market clients.
* Set and achieve ambitious sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
Team Building and Management:
* Recruit, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team with expertise in B2B SaaS and cybersecurity solutions.
* Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture, promoting professional development and success.
* Build trusted relationships with key enterprise clients and decision-makers.
* Lead complex negotiations for high-value contracts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique challenges and aligning solutions to meet their needs.
Market Insights and Thought Leadership:
* Stay updated on AI and cybersecurity trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
* Position the company as a market leader through insights, presentations, and networking.
* Collaborate with marketing to develop thought leadership content and events.
Collaboration and Feedback:
* Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development.
* Partner with Marketing to design targeted campaigns and generate high-quality leads.
Qualifications:
Experience:
* 7+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role within cybersecurity, AI, or SaaS.
* Proven track record of scaling revenue in a B2B environment, especially with enterprise clients.
Skills:
* Strong understanding of AI and cybersecurity technologies and their value propositions.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics for data-driven decision-making.
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
