Service Advisor required. Our client is an agricultural equipment supplier with over 40 years of experience in the industry. They are now looking for a Service Advisor around the Dorset area due to growth within the business.
Successful candidates will support workflow whilst assisting the engineers both on-site and off-site. The role ensures customer needs are met and exceeded by ensuring all equipment is kept up and running with minimal downtime. Candidates will assist the Service Manager with invoicing, WIP, and controlling departmental costs.
Agricultural Service Advisor Position Overview
* Ensure service levels are met where possible;
o 4 hours breakdown
o 48 hours non-essential repair
o 7 days routine servicing (scheduled)
* Assist with Work in Process & Progress in the function (Aligned to a 45-day process)
* Be present for the depot Audits/Checks
* Collaborate with engineers to resolve technical issues where possible & needed.
* Support Service Manager & Engineers to help resolve customer issues.
* Schedule training needs for the department.
* Drive retail sales and implement service initiatives.
* Strive towards implementing a First Time Fix methodology to enhance customer experience.
* Ensure service standards and procedures for the service function are adhered to, including planning & allocation of work, workshop environment & standards.
* Support the Service Manager with customers' end-to-end journey.

Agricultural Service Advisor Position Remuneration
* Salary: £26,000 - £36,000
* Working hours: 08:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday
