Salary: £37,500 - £41,500 + Progression + Training + Medical Insurance + Healthcare + Discount Program, Stock Options + Life Assurance
Location: Site Based, commutable from Newport, Pontypool, Cwmbran, Cardiff, Merthyr Tydfil, Ebbw Vale, Caldicot and surrounding areas.
Shift Pattern: Continental Shift Pattern 2 - 2 - 3 Days and Nights

Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and repair machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment.
2. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal operation.
3. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
4. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
5. Document maintenance activities and report on equipment status.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
