Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Transport Support Administrator to join a world leading logistics company in Basingstoke.
Key responsibilities for this Transport Administrator position:
1. Liaising with drivers to ensure on time delivery
2. Working closely with the Transport Team
3. Manage all transport shift activities
4. Ensuring all data is kept up to date
5. Being able to support drivers with any queries or questions they may have
6. Provide excellent customer service
7. Excellent attention to detail
8. Work well under pressure
9. Communicating with Drivers and working closely with your transport team
10. Administration duties as well as using the telephone
Requirements:
1. Ability to work well under pressure
2. Proven customer service and administration experience
3. Excellent attention to detail
4. Self sufficient and able to prioritise work load
5. Able to work as part of a collaborative team
6. Available immediately
The Role:
1. Day Shift
2. Working 7am - 7pm on a varied shift pattern
3. Weekend work is required (every other weekend off)
4. £14.14 per hour
5. Paid weekly
