Duties
1. Painting
2. Decorating
3. Patch repairs
4. Carpentry
5. Flooring
6. Door repairs
7. Handle repairs
8. Tap replacements
9. Changing locks
10. Groundwork
11. Skirting repairs
Requirements
12. Full UK drivers license
13. Set of basic hand tools - Power tools provided
14. Experience working as a multi-trader/fabric technician/general maintenance operative in commercial buildings
