Customer Service Officer required for our client, to ensure excellent customer communication is delivered, and to support operational personnel to overall improve customer service levels.
The Customer Service Officer will be site-based covering the West London area, mainly High Wycombe, Harrow, and Slough. The candidate would be required to attend the head office in Hatfield once a week for a planning meeting.
Customer Communications Officer Remuneration
1. £28,000 - £31,000
2. Small Fiesta or Corsa Van
3. Holiday - 25 days plus Bank holidays
4. Christmas shutdown - 3 days automatically deducted from annual leave entitlement
5. Pension Scheme, client contributes 3% pension if Employee contributes 4%
6. Life cover 2 x salary
Customer Communications Officer Responsibilities
1. Face to face conversations with customers
2. Attend relevant meetings
3. Report to Customer Manager on a weekly basis with relevant updates on current projects
4. Identify customers who will require further assistance
5. Attend to and resolve customer enquiries and complaints, by telephone or face to face
6. Refer technical enquiries to appropriate supervisors
7. Track and trend site visits/customer complaints to identify customer service patterns
8. Attend customer training days to support the client
9. Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with local authorities, clients, client's customers, members of the public, and internal personnel
Customer Communication Officer Requirements
1. Previous experience in a Customer service role
2. Full UK driving license
Desirable
1. Previous experience within utilities construction
2. TMA & NRSWA knowledge
3. Environmental Awareness
4. Utilities SHEA Gas
