Axcis is currently supporting an OFSTED rated 'Good' nursery school in Coventry. They provide an education for children from four to eleven years old. This Catholic school is inclusive and offers education to those with special educational needs.
We are currently seeking a special educational needs Teaching Assistant to support these children.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Working 1:1 or 2:1 with students with a range of special educational needs and disabilities.
2. Attend to a pupil’s specific needs and follow all care plans in place.
3. Providing support to students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully engage and participate in activities.
4. Supporting students with various ranges of special educational needs, including nonverbal students, students with limited speech, and challenging behavior. This role may also include supporting individuals with personal care.
The Opportunity:
1. To become a SEND Teaching Assistant.
2. £84 - £100 per day (pay rates will depend on skills and experience).
3. Term Time Only.
4. Based in Coventry, Warwickshire.
5. Starting ASAP until the end of the academic year - Monday-Friday 08:15 am - 4:00 pm.
6. Full time INDMID.
