* Work with external agencies, community representatives, employers and stakeholders to identify and secure opportunities for the whole College group including Adult Learning and Apprenticeships, in a pan-Lancashire footprint
* Manage a portfolio of accounts with a strong focus on ethical growth, client satisfaction and maximising full College portfolio opportunities
* Achieve engagement and enrolment targets
* To be actively involved in the recruitment and selection processes for apprentice, including the vacancy matching and interviewing as required

* 4 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English, at Grade C/4 or above
* Experience of working in a varied role, including administrative tasks
