Job Purpose An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Personal Assistant to join the team here at Cadent Gas The successful individual will be tasked with providing a highly professional and comprehensive support service to the Chief People Officer, including but not limited to: diary management, coordination and arranging of large scale events, management information and planning meeting agendas / guest speakers and presentations. Key Responsibilities Diary Management Proactively organise and manage an ever-changing diary through extensive use of Outlook and colleague liaison across the business; managing CPO time and commitments to respond to business requirements. Planning and Organisation Adept to working to tight deadlines and excellent time management are required. Communication Excellent written and verbal communication is essential as the successful individual will need to work with other Personal Assistants, colleagues, leadership teams, executive and board members, different departments and other key stakeholders. Relationship Building Must be able to build relationships effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and demonstrate high competence in doing so. Skills and Experience Proven track record of working with senior leaders and stakeholders Technical experience – Outlook, diary management systems, expenses and purchase order management (e.g. Ariba, Concur or similar) Fully computer literate – Word, Excel, PowerPoint Educated to BTEC / NVQ3 or equivalent experience Minimum grade C in English and Maths What’s In It For You Here at Cadent, we are committed to supporting our employees to get the best out of themselves.
