Key responsibilities:
* This Tech role involves specialized product support and solutions, proactively managing partner adoption, and rigorously testing new web products.
* Work directly with clients to explore new features, gather feedback, identify potential partners, and share success stories.
* Help explain website functionality, collect feedback, process new feature ideas, and collaborate with global external teams.

Essential qualifications:
