Minster, a leading specialist distributor of insulation and dry lining materials in Northern Europe, is on the hunt for a Sales Specialist who is as passionate about great service as we are.

Hours: 7.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday (no weekends!)
Key Responsibilities
1. Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions.
2. Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver the best experience possible.
3. Deal with lapsed accounts and generate sales with new and existing customers.
4. Use our in-house systems at the trade counter to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
5. Keep the branch looking clean and tidy to make a great first impression on our customers.
6. Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts.
7. Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills and Experience
1. Great customer focus and desire to do your absolute best to get the best outcomes.
2. Ability to build rapport and develop a good understanding of your portfolio to secure future projects.

5. Efficiently use IT equipment and have a strong telephone presence.
