How will I spend my time in this role?
* Support the Business Analysts in understanding and refining the complex needs of stakeholders;
* Support team members to ensure requirements accurately align with the business needs and goals;
* Support the development of User Stories and the creation of Process Models detailing As Is and To Be;
* Assisting with the sign off on project requirements, user stories and process flow models;
* Support end-to-end user testing to ensure the agreed requirements are delivered;
* Support the facilitation of workshops to elicit requirements from a range of stakeholders;
* Participate with prioritisation and traceability of requirements;
* Create documentation and information that can be used by the company for future training, development, and support activities post-delivery of the solution;
* Follow the Business Analysis best practice within the IT and Change community;
* Provide support on the use and updating of existing methods and tools;
* Gain knowledge of SEL Business, IT and the energy industry.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
* Basic experience in either analytics or energy;
* Experience of Office Suite e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams;
* Experience of analysing business problems and/or business opportunities;
* Ability to discuss and converse on techniques to model business situations and processes.
