Our EMEA Retail team is passionate, driven, multicultural and has a wonderful international spirit. Who You Are: Leading a district with responsibility for all aspects of the management of multiple stores, shop in shop locations and concessions, the District Manager is responsible for building and leading a team that is dedicated to driving the business. The District Manager is also responsible for meeting all operational budgets, and developing and maintaining a proactive business plan. What You’ll Do: People o Inspire, lead and coach the store management team to create a culture of performance delivery and accountability. o Recruit top talent to drive team retention, provide training and developing staff to build a team of true MK Ambassadors. o Proactively manage and resolve all HR issues in collaboration with HRBP. o Partner with HR and Finance to review PTS, identifying opportunities to improve. o Practice and role model the company behaviours, ensuring effective use of the behaviour tool kit. Service o Provide coaching and support to assist MK Ambassadors in resolving customer service issues, empowering the teams to make decisions in the customer’s best interest. o Ensure all stores across the district drive additional revenue through local customer events. o Build and maintain good communication with Regional Directors and members of corporate office, mall office, retail partners and other stores, collaborating and influencing to drive performance across the district. Sales o Analyze reports, and develop action plans to ensure expectations are met or exceeded. o Work with Team on Quarterly Planners to ensure the best business plans are set to achieve targets. o Track and communicate business results and opportunities, driving sales and product needs. o Collaborate with Business Partners to build strong relationships and identify marketing opportunities. Operations o Ensure store maintenance is aligned to brand standards. o Maintain a systematic auditing program. o Support responsibility including all inventory needs for the integrity and accuracy of all logistics relating to the stores. o Develop and lead peak planning and sales set up. o Design and implement processes and procedures which allow the effective management of store teams remotely. o Implement and maintain all merchandising directives and ensure execution of effective merchandising strategies. o Lead and coach the teams to ensure the presentation of all displays, fixtures and all visual areas are reflective of current visual direction. o Plan and Travel with purpose, ensure all doors are visited in line with performance. 3 days per week dedicated to store visits. What You’ll Need: Relevant proven retail and management experience within a fast-paced retailer. Experience managing multi-site locations and teams remotely. Able to drive business and ensure the store goals are met. Able to work as a charismatic and inspirational leader. Ability to travel up to 80% of the time. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and follow-up skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
