This includes assessing nationally agreed; quantitative measures in Service Levels, qualitative measures such as, outcomes for People on Probation which address their risk of re-offending. Quality assurance work (QA) is undertaken by the Contract Management Team, as well as broader compliance activities, understanding and addressing Performance Assurance and Risks (PAR) results. The East Midlands currently holds 9 National Contracts with 8 primary Providers which are Accommodation, Personal Well-Being, Finance, Benefit and Debt, Community Accommodation Services 3 (CAS3), and Womens Services. We have started to see a growing number of co-commissioned contracts, known as non-Commissioned Rehabilitative Services (non-CRS) contracts, as well as the commissioning of services through grants. This means the region is managing several contracts of varying size and complexity and at different points of their life cycle. Work has also commenced in relation to the re-commissioning of the next generation contracts for Commissioned Rehabilitative Services (CRS).
