Job description
This role has responsibility for the delivery of the Global Supply Chain transformation initiative SCOUT within the Safran Seats GB supply chain framework. The key focus will be the project management of the various workstreams across Demand Management, Sales and Operations Planning, MPS, Production Scheduling and Logistics. In addition, the incumbent will oversee a number of local improvement initiatives from concept to delivery across processes, systems and people. This role will be leading and coaching the staff in driving an effective improvement journey.
Key Responsibilities will include:
1. Lead the delivery of the SCOUT project business improvements through the deployment of the OneSafran processes and performance metrics.
2. Coordinate with the Global Supply Chain organisation to ensure local understanding of the industrial core model and the associated maturity grid.
3. Work with the business managers to undertake continual analysis of the business to expose opportunities for change and improvement.
4. Analyse and monitor financial and customer benefits throughout the life of the projects.
5. Lead, coordinate and own business projects that improve the way the Supply Chain organisation operates across its 3 key pillars.

Candidate skills & requirements
1. Supply Chain Management working experience in at least two disciplines.
2. Project Management experience, ideally Prince2 or equivalent qualification.
3. Problem Solving / Continuous Improvement.
4. APICS / CPIM qualification.
5. Training experience.
