Remote working, IT (SDLC) Project Manager Required
Our Surrey based client seeks an experienced IT (SDLC) Project Manager with the following must-have skills and experience:

Required Skills and Experience:
1. Min of 4 years of commercial experience in a similar IT Project Manager role covering the SDLC.
2. Good understanding of SDLC.
3. Thorough and up-to-date understanding of end-to-end IT systems, networking, and security solutions.
4. Planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting on delivery of assigned projects.
5. Resource scheduling to ensure on-time delivery of the project.
6. Defining and maintaining a programme-level configuration management plan and ensuring its effective implementation by all teams.
7. Ensuring that configurable assets developed by the project teams (e.g. code, test datasets, mapping specs, etc.) are managed.
8. Building strong productive relationships within IT and the business to keep the overall delivery safe during critical phases and ensuring key stakeholders are aware of what is required when.
9. Feeding into programme governance and reporting cycles, including raising and managing risks and issues and providing regular updates to the Group Head of Program Management.
10. Managing project slippage or scope creep with the various stakeholders ensuring the project remains on track overall and challenging changes to the agreed scope where necessary.
Knowledge & Skills:
1. Demonstrated knowledge and execution of project management practices, tools, and methodologies e.g. Prince 2/Agile/Waterfall etc.
2. Ability to translate and communicate business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
3. Ability to act as liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
Desired Experience & Expertise:
1. 3+ years of experience ideally in financial services, preferably pensions, managing complex, enterprise projects including SAAS, Cloud-based, client-server, and web development at a Project Manager Workstream Lead level.
2. 3+ years business analysis experience, working on projects from requirements gathering through to UAT and Go Live.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time with competing deadlines and finite delivery resource.
