Esports Account Manager
Yoyotech, the esports brand of Centerprise International, is a leading provider of esport arena solutions in the education sector. Collaborating with industry giants like Intel, AMD, AOC, Asus, and Nvidia, we specialise in designing and delivering full turn-key solutions tailored to the ever-evolving needs of our clients.
We are seeking a driven, outgoing, energetic, and results-oriented Account Manager to expand Yoyotech’s presence in the education sector. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in IT, esports, or technology sales, coupled with a strong understanding of the industry and its opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales: Identify and secure new business opportunities, driving the adoption of turnkey esports solutions in schools, colleges, and universities.
2. Consultative Selling: Engage with key decision-makers (IT Directors, Heads of Curriculum, and Esports Program Leads) to understand their needs and present tailored esports solutions, including gaming hardware, software, furniture, and full arena installations.
3. Site Surveys & 3D Design: Conduct on-site assessments and create 3D designs of esport environments, ensuring solutions are optimised for each customer’s needs.
4. Project Management: Oversee esport installations from initial concept through to completion, working closely with both internal and external teams to ensure seamless project execution.
5. Post-Installation Support: Provide ongoing customer support, ensuring institutions and businesses maximize their investment in esports.
6. Marketing & Social Media: Support the promotion of the Yoyotech brand through social media, events, and marketing campaigns, increasing awareness and engagement within the education sector.
7. Market Research & Strategy: Stay up to date with the latest trends in esports and education, identifying new opportunities and helping shape our sales and marketing strategy.
8. Private Sector Growth: Identify and develop business opportunities in the private sector, football clubs, entertainment venues, and businesses investing in Esports experiences.
As with all personnel within the business, the individual will also be required to show:
1. A commitment to comply with the Company’s Information Security Policy.
2. A commitment to promptly report any security weaknesses or incidents.
3. A commitment to adopt and maintain a Health and Safety culture within the Group.
Experience:
1. Ideally 2 years of experience in an IT, esports, or technology sales role.
2. Good understanding of the IT, esports, and technology landscape, particularly within education.
3. Experience in sales, business development, and project management.
4. Familiarity with 3D design software for creating esports spaces (or willingness to learn).
5. Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies as well as exceeding sales targets.
6. Passion for esports and technology is preferred but not essential.

This is a hybrid role, with working from home on Mondays and Fridays and working out of our headquarters in Basingstoke, Tuesday through Thursday.
