Parkinson Lee Executive Search are currently working with a leading solutions provider in the appointment of an Interim SAP Project Manager. This is a critical role, for our client within a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is expected to last 6-12 months.
The Interim SAP Project Manager will lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and work in close partnership with a 3rd party consultancy to achieve successful end-to-end integration across key business functions.
Key responsibilities will include:
Project Management: Lead and coordinate all aspects of SAP implementation, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables while maintaining alignment with the business goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the 3rd party consultancy team, senior management, and cross-functional team leaders. Facilitate regular communication to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
End-to-End Process Support: Oversee the integration of SAP functionalities across business areas, focusing on optimising sales orders, supply chain, Bill of Materials (BOM), manufacturing, and dispatch processes. Provide guidance on best practices to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
