Job Title: Senior Building Surveyor\n\nSalary: £55,000 - £60,000\n\nLocation: Liverpool\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nWe have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to work for a commercial real estate service and investment firm in Liverpool.\n\nAs a Senior Building Surveyor, you will take a leading role in the end-to-end delivery of Commercial projects, guiding them from the initial conceptual stages through to completion and handover. Your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality design, compliance with regulations, and timely delivery within budget.\n\nKey Responsibilities for the Senior Building Surveyor:\n\nLead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring high standards are met.\nCarrying out building surveys, condition evaluations, and feasibility studies for a wide range of property types.\nDrafting and negotiating schedules of dilapidations and strategies for lease exits.\nPreparing and issuing client reports within agreed timescalesRole Requirements for the Senior Building Surveyor:\n\nHave a Membership of the Royal institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) (3-5 years approx.)\nThe candidate must be capable of providing comprehensive property services to clients.\nThe ideal candidates will possess prior experience working in a Surveying practice and demonstrate a strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. \n\nWhat's on offer for the Senior Building Surveyor?\n\nA competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000\nGreat pension scheme of between 5% - 15%\nOpportunities for career progression\nPrivate Medical Insurance\n27 days annual leave + bank holidaysWhat happens next:\n\nOn receipt of your application our dedicated Surveying and Project Management recruiter, Max Dunnigan, will contact you to discuss this opportunity in full detail.
