Our client is seeking a Service Administrator to support their busy service department by planning and scheduling engineers, obtaining supplier quotes, and managing key administrative processes. This permanent full-time role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills and experience in service coordination or administration. Key Responsibilities Plan and allocate work for a team of service engineers Act as a liaison between engineers, suppliers, and customers Maintain and update client service contracts and job documentation Track job budgets, flagging potential overruns to management Process warranty claims and assist in preparing risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) Ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations Skills & Experience Required Experience in service coordination or administration Industry experience in HVAC or engineering is preferred but not essential Strong IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, CLIK or similar service management software beneficial) Excellent attention to detail, initiative, and organisational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with engineers and suppliers Why Join?
