Insurance Litigation Solicitor - Bristol
We are seeking an experienced insurance litigation solicitor to join a leading insurance litigation firm in Bristol. This insurance solicitor will be joining the team as a senior associate. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex civil and commercial litigation cases within the insurance sector nationally.
Role:
* As the successful insurance litigation solicitor, you will specialise in property and casualty litigation work.
* Managing a caseload of high value subrogated recovery claims, occasionally including liability claims.
* Supervision of junior solicitors in the team.
* Working domestically and internationally, you will be working on high value and high profile claims.
* You will be advising clients on complex coverage matters to include claims under the Insurance Act 2015 and CIDRA 2012.
* Managing a caseload from inception to completion to include trials and mediations.
Qualifications:
* You will be a qualified solicitor with atleast 8 years' PQE with a specialism in property insurance, including subrogated recovery experience.
* Gained experience from a reputable insurance practice, ideally with insurer clients.
* Committed to business development to further grow the practice.
