Job summary
We are looking for a proactive, experienced and well organised professional to play an important role in project planning and risk and issue management within the clinical procurement team.
The post holder will organise, accurately record, monitor and schedule a range of project activities. They will be responsible for creating and monitoring project schedules, preparing progress reports, ensuring product compliance, note taking and product masking. Furthermore, the Project Support Officer will manage and analyse information on the progress of the project on a continuous basis.
Excellent communication skills are essential as the successful candidate will liaise with Trust staff including divisional managers, corporate managers, and clinical staff across the BSOL Procurement Collaborative (BSOLPC). The post holder will be required to assist the Clinical Procurement Specialists and help to support the wider team to ensure that the range of project deliverables are achieved.

1. *GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent numeracy and literacy

2. *A levels or equivalent of ONC in Business Studies/Project Management plus experience in undertaking a range of work producers

3. *Degree or equivalent knowledge, training or experience.
