An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Bridgeway federation(Broadway Infants and The Ridge Junior School) administration team for an experienced and highly motivated finance and administration assistant. This is a new role for the federation and the successful candidate will spend time working on both sites. The successful candidate will be part of the administration team supporting the federation with managing the school's finances as directed by the school business manager and following processes and procedures of the trust. This will also include general administration tasks to support the day to day effective running of the schools office alongside the current administration teams.Hours - 16 hours per week, hours to be worked across 3 days - days to be confirmed with the successful candidate.Term time only plus 2 inset daysKey duties will include - Processing of orders and invoicesChecking supplier statements and following up any queries regarding theseCredit card reconciliationsWraparound care payment allocationsProvide general school office support as part of the admin team In return we offer you -An exciting role within a growing federation team, supporting two popular schools.
