A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager. You will lead the FP&A function in managing budgets, financial performance, forecasting, development of the 30 year Business Plan, and driving financial insights to support informed decision-making at all levels of the organisation. A modern office with a friendly working environment To succeed you’ll have experience of managing long-term planning, budgeting, forecasting and management accounts and working to improve processes to enhance business information and performance. You will also have experience of leading and developing a team as well as maintaining relationships across a business to achieve the delivery of financial and operational objectives. A recognised Accountancy qualification from CIMA, ACCA or ACA is also essential.
