How You’ll Play Your Part
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the creation and delivery of our training initiatives to improve sales productivity, customer engagement, and people development.
Main Accountabilities
* Research the latest learning trends, tools, and techniques to support cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
* Support the design process for a variety of training course content, including digital learning experiences.
* Assist in developing action plans for the lowest performing quartiles to improve performance.
* Understand the learning cycle and suitable digital solutions, with competency in various IT software, including Microsoft applications. Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
* Interpret training data to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of training delivered.
About You
* Knowledge and experience of digital solutions to enable learning.
* Effective time management skills.
* Good commercial awareness across the business.
* Confident in supporting training delivery to a variety of audiences.
* A high degree of organisational and project management skills.
* Organised self-starter, able to work without direct supervision.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines.
