Anderson Knight is currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator to join one of our clients based in Ayr. As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of all supply chain transactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues. Track inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment, working closely with the warehouse team to ensure stock accuracy. Process purchase orders, manage order confirmations, and track shipments from initiation to delivery. Assist with reporting and analysis on supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement. Maintain and update supplier and customer databases, ensuring up-to-date contact and delivery information. Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely production schedules and effective communication across departments. Support the Supply Chain Manager with any administrative tasks and projects as required. Key Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a supply chain, logistics, or administrative role is desirable. Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
