About The Job:
Ready to take the next step in your administration career? Or perhaps you're keen to explore a role in the education sector? We’re looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will:
1. Register learners and verify their prior attainment
2. Provide excellent customer service, handling first-line enquiries across multiple channels
3. Review and audit processes for contracted learners and associated paperwork
4. Support local managers and MIS users with centre-specific tasks and troubleshooting
5. Conduct data cleansing and produce reports when required
6. Maintain effective day-to-day administration and filing systems
We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:
* GCSEs (grades 4–9 / A*–C) in Maths, English, and IT, or equivalent
* Experience in administrative support
* Confidence managing both physical and digital filing systems
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
