Company relations and scheduler
The role requires a confident outgoing person with great telephone manner.
Your role will require you to maintain and build a database of customers for the company, primarily estate agents, private home owners, and management companies, with constant communication via emails and phone calls.
Working as a scheduler, your role will include:
1. Booking the work for quoting, arranging for the work to be carried out, updating the company with pictures and a breakdown of what work has been carried out, and then invoicing the company who has requested the work.
2. Other general administrative duties may be required.
Key responsibilities/duties:
1. Regular liaison with team leader to ensure compliance with all Company procedures.
2. Attend regular team meetings.
3. Ensuring all departmental documentation is saved, scanned, and filed appropriately.
4. General office administration/data inputting.
5. Attending monthly strategy meetings and supporting opportunities for improvement.
6. Respond to customer requests for information.
7. Obtain customer feedback and follow up on quotation responses.
8. Ensure jobs are raised and booked correctly, populated with the required Job Details, Action Lists, Reports, and Equipment.
Required Skills:
1. Previous sector experience is desirable although not essential as full training will be provided.
2. Great telephone manner, combined with the confidence to pick up the phone and speak to customers and engineers.
3. Experience of general office procedures and administrative duties.
4. Experience and capability on Excel, Word, Outlook.
5. IT literacy including proficiency in data handling.

1. Salary of £26,000 a year with a monthly bonus based on jobs completed and paperwork handed in.
