Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: The Hay and Isca Gardens (dual site), Exeter
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some occasional weekend working

As a Maintenance Technician at The Hay and Isca Gardens, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment. You will be responsible for a range of maintenance tasks to keep our property in top condition.
Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
* Conduct inspections and identify issues in apartments and common areas.
* Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and emergencies.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of maintenance areas and tools.
* Coordinate with external contractors for larger repairs and projects.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility to handle emergency situations and after-hours work.
