DCS Group is looking for a co-pack business development lead to take ownership of co-pack and repack opportunities, driving growth through new and existing suppliers and customers. Reporting to the head of co-pack, this role is ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen, experience in business development, and a results-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities
Customer and supplier collaboration
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to develop and grow co-pack opportunities.
* Seek out and drive new business through existing suppliers and untapped market opportunities.
* Ensure all co-pack initiatives meet the highest standards of quality and compliance before execution.
Strategic and commercial growth
* Develop business plans that deliver volume, revenue, and profit growth.
* Oversee pricing, costings, and funding models to ensure profitability.
