Customer Training Coordinator/Instructional Designer\n\nJob Title: Customer Training Coordinator/Instructional Designer\n\nLocation: Farringdon, London\n\nPay: £18-22phr\n\nContract Details: Temporary, 3 months with extension and Temp to Perm opportunity\n\nWorking Pattern: Monday - Thursday 9am - 6pm\n\nResponsibilities: Are you ready to make a difference in customer training? Join our team as a Customer Training Coordinator/Instructional Designer! You will be at the forefront of designing and delivering impactful training programmes for our customers.
Your role will include:\n\nPlan and organise Training: Set up and manage both online and in-person training sessions that resonate with participants.\nDesign Courses: Create and update engaging training materials and courses, ensuring effectiveness and relevance.\nGather Feedback: Attend live sessions to collect valuable feedback from participants, using insights to enhance future training.\nManage Projects: Oversee various training-related tasks and projects, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution.\nEvent Management: Handle logistics for training events, including venue bookings and schedule coordination.\nCollaborate with Teams: Work alongside other departments to align training programmes with organisational and customer needs. \n\nKey Skills Needed: To excel in this role, you will need:\n\nProject Management: Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects efficiently.\nInstructional Design: Experience in developing educational content and training materials.\nCommunication: Strong communication skills to connect with customers and team members effectively.\norganisation: Excellent organisational skills for managing event logistics and course content. \n\nIdeal Background: We're looking for candidates with:\n\nExperience in training and development, instructional design, or project management.\nFamiliarity with event management and customer feedback processes.
